And so together, they created a life they loved

To me, this quote means something deeper: And so together—the past me and the me in my vision (the “future”)—created a life the “current me” they loved.

We, in each moment, are the product of both who we envision ourselves becoming and the accumulation of experiences and wisdom that have shaped us along the way—what we call the “past” in human construct terms.

When you acknowledge the past and trust the future, you can accept the current you. That’s when you know where you AAT (Acknowledge, Accept, Trust.) in your story .

May you be kind to your experience, trust the process, and accept the summation and product that is the you of now. And remember—by holding that truth, you create the continuous "in-the-moment" moments that, in human terms, we call the future.
